By using Classlytics, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Admin Responsibilities

• Keep admin credentials secure and confidential.
• Only collect data permitted by district policy.
• Use surveys for educational and operational purposes only.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to bypass security controls.
• Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.
• Do not use the service for advertising or tracking students.

Data Ownership

The district or organization owns the survey data and may request export or deletion as agreed.

Service Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update or suspend the service when necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classlytics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
